PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE CAREFULLY BEFORE ACCESSING OR USING BETCOOL.AI. BY CREATING AN ACCOUNT OR PURCHASING A SUBSCRIPTION OR LIFETIME ACCESS, YOU AGREE TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THESE TERMS.

The website betcool.ai (the "Platform") is published and operated by:

Article 2 — Definitions
- "Platform" means the website betcool.ai and all associated services, tools, and content.
- "Service" means the AI-powered sports prediction tool and any related features provided by BetCool.
- "User" or "Subscriber" means any individual or entity who creates an account or purchases access.
- "Subscription" means the recurring monthly paid access to the Service; "Lifetime Access" means one-time paid access. Payments are currently processed via Whop.com.
- "Content" means any analysis, prediction, output, or information generated by the AI tool.
- "Affiliate Content" means any sponsored, partnership, or affiliate-linked content published by BetCool on any channel.
Article 3 — Description of Services
BetCool provides an AI-powered SaaS platform that analyzes large datasets of sporting events and match data and generates predictive outputs ("predictions" or "tips"). The Service is provided strictly as an informational and educational tool.
BetCool is not a bookmaker, sportsbook, betting operator, or gambling platform. BetCool does not accept, place, broker, or settle bets or wagers; does not operate any betting market; and never holds, controls, or has custody of User funds. The Service produces information only — Users independently decide whether and how to act on it.
BetCool may also publish information products, educational content, and affiliate-linked recommendations on its website and social media channels. All such content is clearly identified where required by applicable law.
THE SERVICE DOES NOT CONSTITUTE BETTING ADVICE, FINANCIAL ADVICE, INVESTMENT ADVICE, OR ANY OTHER TYPE OF PROFESSIONAL ADVICE, AND IS NOT A GUARANTEE OF ANY OUTCOME. SEE ARTICLE 8, THE RISK DISCLOSURE, AND THE SEPARATE DISCLAIMER DOCUMENT.
Article 4 — Subscription, Lifetime Access & Payment Terms
Access to the Service requires payment of either: (a) a recurring monthly subscription, currently priced at USD 25.00 per month; or (b) a one-time Lifetime Access fee, currently priced at USD 95.00 (or the prices displayed at the time of purchase). All payments are processed through Whop.com.
4.1 Billing. Monthly subscription fees are billed automatically on the same date each month. Lifetime Access is billed once at the time of purchase. By purchasing, the User authorizes Veutino LLC and its payment processor (Whop.com) to charge the designated payment method accordingly.
4.2 Scope of Lifetime Access."Lifetime" refers to the operational lifetime of the Service as offered by Veutino LLC, not the lifetime of the User. Lifetime Access grants continued access for as long as Veutino LLC continues to make the Service commercially available. Should the Service be modified, suspended, or discontinued under Article 11, Lifetime Access does not entitle the User to a refund except as provided in Article 5.
4.3 Price Changes.Veutino LLC reserves the right to modify pricing upon fourteen (14) days' prior notice. Continued use after the effective date of a price change constitutes acceptance. Price changes do not retroactively affect a Lifetime Access fee already paid.
4.4 Failed Payments. If a recurring payment fails, access to the Service may be suspended immediately. The User is responsible for maintaining valid payment information.
4.5 Taxes. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes. The User is responsible for any applicable taxes, VAT, or duties in their jurisdiction.
Article 5 — Refund Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. VEUTINO LLC MAINTAINS A STRICT NO-REFUND POLICY AS A GENERAL RULE, FOR BOTH MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTIONS AND LIFETIME ACCESS.
By completing a purchase, the User expressly acknowledges and agrees that fees are non-refundable except in the two (2) strictly limited circumstances described below.
5.1 Eligible Refund Circumstances. A refund request will be considered only if ALL of the conditions of one of the following categories are met simultaneously:
(a) Total Platform Outage — Technical Malfunction: The User must demonstrate, by providing timestamped screenshot evidence, error logs, and written confirmation from BetCool support, that the Platform was completely non-functional and inaccessible for a continuous period of twenty-four (24) or more consecutive hours. Partial degradation, slow performance, or dissatisfaction with prediction quality does not qualify. The User must have reported the issue to help@betcool.ai within forty-eight (48) hours of the incident and received a support ticket number. Retroactive claims will not be accepted.
(b) Verified Duplicate / Double Charge: The User must provide official bank statements or payment processor records clearly showing two identical charges for the same item, a copy of both transaction confirmation emails, and must submit the request within seven (7) calendar days of the duplicate charge. Only the duplicate amount will be refunded; the original charge is non-refundable.
5.2 Non-Eligible Circumstances — No Exceptions. The following do not qualify for a refund under any conditions:
- Change of mind or dissatisfaction with AI-generated predictions or tips;
- Losses incurred as a result of betting or other decisions made using the Platform;
- Failure to cancel a monthly subscription before the next billing cycle;
- Partial use of the Service during a billing period or after purchasing Lifetime Access;
- Incompatibility with the User's device or internet connection;
- Dissatisfaction with Platform features, updates, or changes to the Service;
- Claims submitted more than seven (7) calendar days after the disputed charge.
5.3 Refund Request Procedure.All refund requests must be submitted in writing to help@betcool.ai with the subject line "REFUND REQUEST — [Transaction ID]". Requests must include: full name, email address associated with the account, transaction ID, nature of the claim, and all supporting documentary evidence. Veutino LLC will review requests within ten (10) business days. Approval is at the sole discretion of Veutino LLC. Chargebacks initiated without following this procedure will be contested.
5.4 Chargebacks. Any unauthorized chargeback or payment dispute initiated with a payment provider will result in immediate and permanent account termination without notice, and may be pursued legally for damages, administrative fees, and collection costs.
Article 6 — Eligibility, User Obligations & Acceptable Use
The Service is intended solely for adults. By using the Platform, the User represents that they are at least eighteen (18) years old, or the legal age of majority and the legal minimum age for sports-betting-related activities in their jurisdiction (whichever is higher), and that accessing sports prediction content and engaging in sports betting is lawful where they reside.
By using the Platform, the User agrees to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information;
- Maintain the confidentiality of account credentials;
- Not share, resell, or transfer their subscription or Lifetime Access to any third party;
- Not scrape, copy, reverse-engineer, or reproduce any AI outputs or Platform content for commercial purposes;
- Not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations;
- Verify the legality of sports betting in their jurisdiction and comply with all applicable laws, licensing, and tax obligations.
Veutino LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found in violation of these obligations without refund or prior notice.
Article 7 — Intellectual Property
All content, software, algorithms, brand elements, analyses, predictions, and materials on the Platform are the exclusive intellectual property of Veutino LLC or its licensors. No license to use any intellectual property is granted to the User except the limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the Service for personal use during an active subscription or Lifetime Access period.
Article 8 — Disclaimer of Advice & Limitation of Liability
THE PLATFORM AND ALL CONTENT GENERATED BY BETCOOL ARE FOR INFORMATIONAL AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. NOTHING ON BETCOOL.AI OR ANY ASSOCIATED CHANNEL CONSTITUTES BETTING ADVICE, FINANCIAL ADVICE, A RECOMMENDATION TO PLACE ANY WAGER, OR ANY GUARANTEE OF ANY RESULT. PREDICTIONS ARE PROBABILISTIC ESTIMATES AND MAY BE WRONG.
VEUTINO LLC, ITS OFFICERS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM: (I) USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE; (II) BETTING, WAGERING, OR OTHER DECISIONS MADE BASED ON PLATFORM CONTENT; (III) LOSS OF FUNDS, PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL; (IV) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF USER DATA.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, VEUTINO LLC'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY THE USER IN THE THIRTY (30) DAYS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Article 9 — Responsible Gambling
BetCool is committed to responsible play. Sports betting can be addictive and may cause financial harm. Users should only bet what they can afford to lose, never chase losses, and treat betting as entertainment rather than a source of income. If you or someone you know may have a gambling problem, help is available — in the United States, call or text the National Problem Gambling Helpline at 1-800-GAMBLER (1-800-426-2537), available 24/7, or contact the relevant support service in your jurisdiction. BetCool may, at its discretion, suspend accounts where problematic use is indicated.
Article 10 — Affiliate Disclosure
BetCool may publish affiliate links, sponsored content, or partnership recommendations on betcool.ai and associated social media channels. Where compensation is received in exchange for promotion, this will be disclosed in compliance with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Endorsement Guidelines (16 CFR Part 255). Affiliate relationships do not influence the editorial independence of BetCool's prediction tools.
Article 11 — Privacy & Data Protection
The collection and processing of personal data is governed by BetCool's Privacy Policy, available at betcool.ai/privacy-policy. By using the Service, the User consents to the data practices described therein.
Article 12 — Modifications to the Service & Terms
Veutino LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. These Terms may be updated periodically. The User will be notified of material changes via email or a notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Service after notification constitutes acceptance.
Article 13 — Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be submitted to good-faith negotiation. Failing resolution within thirty (30) days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Albuquerque, New Mexico, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). The User waives the right to participate in any class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
